1920s Silk Dress | XS

1920s silk drop waist dress. Excellent for a restoration project.

Measurements

Bust: 32”

Waist: 36”

Length: 41”

Size Estimate: Currently fits an XS, but could be altered larger, up to a 36” waist.

Condition

Skirt is in good sturdy condition with almost no discoloration and minor lace tears. Bodice is in poor condition along arm holes, and has light discoloration.

Restoration Considerations

The majority of the silk is sturdy and this piece could be made into a stunning camisole top dress or skirt. Silk is an ideal fabric to dye and I believe this dress would take color very well.
